    People please pay attention to what the Wing Stop considers acceptable standards in the type of chicken they buy , the length of time in processing , and the breading that they use that's in an open tray, that can be contaminated, because you end up eating it, I bought 4 chicken tenders there for dinner one night only to have a tooth cracked , in half due to debris in their chicken tender coating, well I buy chicken tenders because I don't want any bone in my coating, and hoping nothing else , I talk to there Insurance broker , and he told me we at Wing Stop, as an amount of acceptable mistakes in their packaging coding and handling their chicken that we buy and consume daily, look for a different place to buy your chicken there are many more that have real rules and regulations.

    If your customer calls to put an order in...don't put them on hold for three minutes because there's another customer in line all of a sudden. I'M A CUSTOMER...making a food order. Just because I'm on the phone doesn't mean you can wave me off. I work in sales/customer service. I serve whoever calls or shows up first.

    0 stars.  placed an ordered approximately 1 hour 20 minutes ago. No wings. My husband placed the order through Wingstop website. When he called checking on the order, the person stated that no one from door dash picked up the order. So no call? The person from Wingstop said that the refund is through door dash. Nope the receipt is for Wingstop. They don't call? How is that for customer service? This is ridiculous!

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    The girl taking my order had a horrible attitude and zero customer service.

    Don't get me wrong, I don't walk to places expecting people to kiss my ass. But I'm always police and smile at people, so I would expect the same from others.

    I walked into the store and greeted her. She asked for my name, I said I just wanted it to go, not knowing they use the names for the orders. Instead of saying, "it's for the order". She asked for my name again in a sturdy harsh voice. From there things got worse. After providing her with me name, I asked for a "number two". She rolled her eyes and looked back at the menu. I guess I committed the capital sin of calling "number 2" instead of "meal 2".

    She asked if I wanted ranch. I couldn't heard what she asked so I said, "excuse me?" (My dumbass still being polite). She basically replied yelling with a condescending voice!

    I'm assuming the food is good (stay tuned for an update).

    It's Wednesday February 27th, 2019 (around 1:40iesh pm) should management care to look into talking to this rude lady!

    So I came to this wingstop after a very long and stressful day. And I'll even admit I came in with a little attitude. All I wanted was someone to take my order so I could be on my way. When the employee approached me with his positive attitude I was caught off guard but he eventually had me smiling and turned a bad day into a better one. He helped me get a better value offering a combo and my wait was quicker then I expected Thanks Mr Marco !
